BRIDGES 2024

BRIDGES by RARE 2024, hosted at The Roseate, New Delhi, marked a pivotal three-day conference promoting slow and conscious travel. An annual event organized by RARE, BRIDGES strives to position travel as a ‘force for good’, future ready and committed to planet sensitive tourism.

The conference emphasized sustainable and responsible travel, featuring success stories from small, owner-run hotels and experience curators.

BRIDGES 2024 REPORT

Sustainable Travel, Community inclusion and Environment Sensitivity

In a market befuddled with boutique hotels and luxury travel, BRIDGES for Conscious Travel 2024 remained focused on telling the story of destination hotels through the lens of sustainable travel, community inclusion and environment sensitivity, stepping up to account for the event emissions. The conference aimed to be carbon-neutral, with NettZero Environmental Advisory Technologies Pvt. Ltd. overseeing the reduction, audit and offsetting of emissions. A total of 66 tCO2e was offset by investing in vetted registries such as bio-based construction and biomass energy.
